Award winning community servant, Rhonda Wilson a mother, a wife and innovator.  She is the Founder & President  of Buffalo Black Nurses Inc, a membership-based community for nurses. She is also the owner of Private Duty & Co, a nurse consulting firm and the co- owner of Thee W Studio’s, a photography, podcast and content creation studio in Amherst NY. Rhonda loves gardening, swimming and golfing.   She is known for inspiring action and promoting self-empowerment and pushing boundaries of what can be accomplished.
