Crystal Rodriguez-Dabney, Esq. is a distinguished leader with a career spanning government, higher education, and healthcare. As Senior Vice President, Chief Employee Advocacy and Fairness Officer, and Associate Counsel at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, she leads efforts to build a workplace rooted in fairness, integrity, and belonging. A Buffalo native and Navy veteran, Crystal previously served as First Deputy Mayor of Buffalo and Chief of Staff at SUNY Buffalo State University. Her work has earned national recognition, including the Excellence in Promoting Diversity Award and a seat on the American Cancer Society’s Chief Diversity Officer Roundtable.
