Bio:

Constance Moss

As CEO of the first black female owned school evaluation agency, of its kind in the WNY area, Constance has extensive entrepreneurial experience and is a seasoned educator. She holds a doctorate in educational leadership, a master’s in educational administration, a master’s in special education and a bachelor’s degree in economics/business.

As a credentialed school auditor she has participated in national, statewide and local school renewals and evaluations. Retiring as the Associate Superintendent for Shared Accountability/Chief Information Officer, she also served as the Assistant Superintendent of Standards, Research and Assessment; School District Administrator for Assessment; a curriculum coordinator; and principal.
