Chantele Campbell
Chantele is a seasoned leader with over 20 years in the public sector, specializing in health equity, leadership development, and DEI strategies.
As the inaugural Chief Health Equity Officer at BestSelf Behavioral Health, she champions fair health access for all, addressing systemic barriers like poverty and discrimination. Previously, she served as the Chief Diversity Officer for the City of Buffalo.
Chantele has served on numerous boards and currently serves on the board of directors for Say Yes Buffalo and serves in an advisory capacity to many nonprofit organizations. In 2024, Chantele launched "The C-Suite Mama," a digital community and podcast for mothers in leadership. Recognized with several awards, including the Buffalo Business First Women of Influence Award and Assemblyman Bill Conrad’s 2024 Woman of Distinction Award. Chantele is dedicated to empowering others to overcome barriers and achieve their best lives. She resides in Buffalo, NY, with her husband, Claude and their children Quentin and Savannah.
